The Supreme Court has clarified that only Green Firecrackers will be sold in Delhi and NCR. In other states, this system will not be implemented this year. The court has said that green fireworks will now be produced and the firecrackers who have already become first will not be sold in Delhi NCR. They can be sold at other places at the moment. On the other hand, during the hearing in the Supreme Court, the makers of fireworks said that green fireworks production is not possible at this time. It is not available in the market as well.
The bench said that firecrackers will be able to burst in between Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and other South Indian states between the four to five o'clock in the morning and between nine and ten o'clock in the night.
